If you are not at delivery address to receive your purchased order, Please contact the courier service within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.
If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia.

All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
Confirmed orders will be processed within the next four (4) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
Peninsular Malaysia : 7 - 8 business working days.*
Sabah & Sarawak : 10 – 12 business working days.*

Delivery lead time for Pre-Orders for custom-made products to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-

SALES, PROMOTIONS & FESTIVE PERIODS
During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.
For festive seasons, please place your order twenty (20) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
Returns must be done within ten (10) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
This Return and Refund policy shall only be applicable for item purchase via Bio Dynamix Online Store only.
Bio Dynamix Sdn Bhd shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for return or refund, please notify us by completing and submitting the online return / refund form posted in our website within ten (10) days upon receiving the Products. Pictures of any goods damaged during shipment are required to accompany the return/refund form. We will contact the Customer within three (3) days upon receipt of the completed online form. Instructions of the procedures in respect to the return / refund of the Products will be provided.
The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action. In the event the Customer does not receive any reply from us after the aforesaid period, please contact us either by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 012-5112152 for enquiries.
If the Customer opts for replacement or exchange of Products, the affected Products MUST be returned by courier service (self-arranged) and a tracking number must be provided to our customer service by email. No replacement or exchange of Products will be entertained if the Products are not returned via courier.
All replacements or exchange of Products shall be subject to stocks availability.
Return / Exchange of Products or refund are valid under the following conditions :
If any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
If the Product is out of date or expired; or the delivered product is different from that of the product listed in the order, Bio Dynamix Sdn Bhd will exchange or refund the product without additional cost, provided that the Customer shall return to Bio Dynamix Sdn Bhd the aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging.
If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, Bio Dynamix Sdn Bhd shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or send the said product at no additional cost.
If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, Bio Dynamix Sdn Bhd shall refund the difference to the Customer.
The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for a refund. Bio Dynamix Sdn Bhd will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in No. 1 of this Return and Refund Policy have been fulfilled, a replacement or refund will be issued to the Customer.
All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. Bio Dynamix Sdn Bhd shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
